She Said Yes

She Said Yes
And my mouth fell open and started to dribbling
She said yes
And pricked the pens of all the Pollys with an itch for scribbling
She said yes
Like a soulful wind blew up her dress
She said yes
I lost my breath and now I have to confess:

Yes I said yes I will yes I said yes I will yes I said yes
Yes I said yes I will yes I said I said Yes I will and she said yes

She said yes
And came to me like Venus from a bombshell
She said yes
And my tide came in so torrential
She said yes
And broke the door down to this impasse
She said yes
And the sun shone out of her ass

Yes I said yes I will yes I said yes I will yes I said yes
Yes I said yes I will yes I said I said Yes I will and she said yes

She said yes
And my heart was going like mad
She said yes
And drew me down so I could feel her breast
All perfume Yes
My heart like a flame Yes
And she kissed me Yes

She said yes
And put my hand upon her mountain flower
She said yes
And asked would I be her “Boy of the Hour”?
She said yes
And took the tongue right out of my mouth
She said yes
And would I “go down deep south”

And Yes I said yes I will yes I said yes I will yes I said yes
Yes I said yes I will yes I said I said Yes I will and she said yes

Yes
